There is so much more available to those that choose to go into sales. Principals offer more in Training and incentives. Considering that Property Management is the bread and butter of an agency (especially in tougher times) and that a rent role is an investment that a bank will lend against plus is more saleable than a sales agency, you would think that principals would appreciate Property Managers more and provide better work and training conditions
